Join us with a friend. You’ll have hundreds of teammates across Northwest CT and thousands of teammates across the US as we Hit the “Reset” button and start 2021 on a positive note!
The Challenge: Be active for 6 weeks, just 30 minutes a day, five days a week doing activities you love to do. We’ll also try weekly activities designed to inspire us in spirit, mind & body – with coaching on fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, spirituality, & happiness! Plus, we’re planning activities for children & families as well.

Find ways to fit FUN into your week along with past week goals.
- Earn a prize by tracking your workouts: either email firstname.lastname@example.org a picture of your completed tracker each week, or text us (844-795-0914) after each workout and we’ll track it for you (we can’t receive photo texts at this time.)

- Swim – 30 minutes
- If you are not a Y member, please call us to reserve a lane for lap swimming, to attend in-person group ex classes, or join our Guided Winter Hiking Series:
- Guided Winter Hiking/ Snow Shoe Series
- Run, walk, hike, bike… any activity you enjoy on your own or with family!
- Fit Together 6-Week Virtual Series (Cooking & Fitness classes for kids)
- 15 minute walk to a playground and back
- Family Fitness videos
- 30 minutes of playing outside together
- Play a game of tag or hide and seek
- StrongSpirit work or mindfulness on theWell.com
