Guided Spring & Summer Hiking

The Canaan Family YMCA is offering guided hiking to keep you active throughout the spring & summer. You can get fit while exploring the local trails and enjoying the great outdoors. It’s perfect for those of us who feel uncomfortable returning indoors, but still want to stay active.
