Welcome To Virtual Fitness!

Bring the Y with you as you travel or into your home with our virtual fitness classes. The Northwest CT YMCA now offers three options for our members:

Northwest CT YMCA Videos

Your very own instructors have recorded videos just for you! These are FREE  and available to everyone. Stay connected with your favorite classes & instructors, from the comfort of your own home. We are currently offering Cardio Pump, Core & More, Transform, Barre and classes for Active Older Adults.

Join your Y Personal Trainers Lisa & Rob for our WOW (Workout Of the Week) every Wednesday. Get ready for a challenge!

Challenge yourself by joining us in April for “30 Exercises in 30 Days” – Get active once a day, or add on each exercise consecutively and you’ll have a 30 minute full body workout by the end of the month. Either way, we’ll be right there with you! Subscribe to get notifications when new classes are available.

YMCA 360

YMCA 360 is a FREE “on-demand” healthy living network. It’s your favorite classes, our top instructors, and the Y community, now available at home, on the road, 24/7 and 360 degrees. We are currently offering Boot Camp, Yoga, Barre, and classes for Active Older Adults. Classes are being added regularly so check in whenever you can’t make it into the Y. – Subscribe to get notifications when new classes are available.

As Y members, you can participate in a variety of free, digital on-demand classes through our partnership with MOSSA MOVE. Click here to join a free class now!
