Come have your birthday party at Tall Timbers, which provides the perfect setting! Our indoor lodge hall can comfortably host up to 80 guests. The lodge hall has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger events, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Included in the rental is:

Weather permitting, you can enjoy our hard courts with basketball hoops, bocce courts or GaGa pit. Waterfront accommodations are available upon request and based on availability.

If you have personal party supplies, please make arrangements to deliver those a week prior to your event.

Time allotted: 11am-1pm (2 hours)

Cost: $500 (plus a $250 cleaning deposit, which will be refunded after the event if contract expectations are met).

NINJA WARRIOR PARTIES:

Ages 6 & Up. Ninja Parties include 45 minutes in the Ninja Training Center (where obstacles and fun await!) and 45 minutes in the party room for you to enjoy cake and refreshments.   A max of 15 guests are included with your party fee.

You can also add in time in the pool and have a Ninja & Swim Party!

Please note that you choose which party you prefer towards the end of the registration process.

The Y supplies a table cloth. Cake, paper plates, utensils and refreshments are self-provided. For themed parties, please drop off materials 1 week prior to party.

Waivers: All birthday party guests must have a waiver of liability signed by a parent or guardian. Waivers can be downloaded here and here or picked up at the Torrington Y . It is the responsibility of the registering adult to ensure these waivers are signed by each child’s parent or guardian and provide them to the front desk upon arrival. Attending adults must also sign their own waivers. Those without a waiver will not be able to participate.

Guests: All birthday parties have a maximum guest limit of 20. This excludes adults. Ninja Warrior Parties include additional fees for guests over 15. 

Attire: Party goers should bring a clean pair of sneakers and comfortable clothes to move around in. Swimmers should bring a towel, change of clothes and goggles if preferred.

Cake and Presents: A private room will be provided for cake and presents following the day’s activities. Chairs and tables with tablecloths will be set up prior to arrival. Registering families are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early to prepare this room for guests. 

Time: Parties are a 90 minutes in duration or 135 minutes for specialty parties.  

Swim Testing: Swim parties will begin with a swim test of all participants. Based on their performance in this swim test, participants will be granted access to either the shallow or deep ends of the pool. Any participant who is under 6 years old, or who does not pass the swim test, will be considered a non-swimmer and must wear a life jacket and be accompanied in the water by an adult that is within arm’s reach.

POOL PARTIES:
